By downloading, installing, or using Harvestry ("the App"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Archetyp Mobility grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Harvestry on Mac computers that you own or control, subject to these terms. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App or your licence to any third party.
Harvestry is sold as a one-time purchase. Upon payment you receive a licence to use the version of the App purchased, including free updates released while that version is actively maintained. Future major versions may be offered as separate purchases.
Harvestry includes a 7-day free trial. No account or credit card is required to start the trial. The trial is provided as-is with no guarantees of any kind. We reserve the right to modify trial duration or limits at any time.
The free trial is intended to give you sufficient time to evaluate the App with your own content before purchasing. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period before committing to a purchase.
Payment is processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All prices are shown exclusive of applicable taxes. Tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
All sales are final. Because Harvestry includes a full 7-day free trial with no credit card required, refunds are not offered after purchase. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the App during the free trial period.
The sole exception is a verified technical defect that prevents the App from functioning on your hardware and that we are unable to resolve. If you believe you qualify, contact us at support@harvestry.co within 14 days of purchase with a description of the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem; if we cannot, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us constitute a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to disable your licence in the event of a chargeback.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
You retain full ownership of all video files, transcripts, screenshots, and exported documents you create using Harvestry. We make no claim to any content you process with the App.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any video content you import. Do not use Harvestry to process content you do not have permission to use.
Harvestry's URL import feature uses yt-dlp, an open-source tool, to download video content from third-party platforms. This feature is provided as a convenience for processing content you are lawfully entitled to download and use — for example, your own uploaded videos, content released under a Creative Commons or similar licence, or content from platforms that explicitly permit downloading.
You must not use Harvestry to download, copy, reproduce, or process any content in violation of copyright law, platform terms of service, or any other applicable law. Archetyp Mobility does not condone or facilitate copyright infringement. Responsibility for ensuring any downloaded content is used lawfully rests solely with you.

We may update the App from time to time. Updates are provided free of charge for the major version you purchased. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App with reasonable notice where possible.
Harvestry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcription output will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Archetyp Mobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Harvestry. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archetyp Mobility is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
