Refund Policy

All sales are final

Harvestry is sold on an all-sales-final basis. We do not offer refunds after purchase.

We believe this is fair because Harvestry includes a full 7-day free trial — no credit card required, no account needed. You can process your own videos, review the transcript quality, explore the export, and evaluate every feature before spending anything. The trial is designed to give you enough time to make a confident decision.

Technical exception

The sole exception to our no-refund policy is a verified technical defect that prevents the App from functioning on your hardware and that we are unable to resolve. If you believe this applies to you:

• Contact us at support@harvestry.co within 14 days of purchase.
• Describe the issue in detail, including your Mac model and macOS version.
• We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the problem first.
• If we cannot resolve it, we will issue a refund at our discretion.

This exception does not apply to dissatisfaction with output quality, change of mind, or failure to use the trial period before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
